Shipping Policy
Effective August 1, 2025
Each artwork is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped from my studio in Utrecht. I take great care to ensure that every piece arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Orders are typically dispatched within three to seven business days of purchase. If additional preparation time is required (for example, for framing or special packaging), I will inform you promptly. Custom or commissioned works may require additional lead time, which will be discussed before purchase.
Shipments within the Netherlands and the European Union are generally delivered within a week. International orders may take between one and three weeks, depending on destination and customs processing. All shipments include tracking, and where possible, insurance coverage is added for your peace of mind.
Each piece is packaged using protective, archival materials. Prints are sent flat in rigid mailers or rolled in sturdy tubes, while original artworks are wrapped and reinforced to prevent any damage in transit.
Buyers outside the EU should be aware that their country’s customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient, and unfortunately, I cannot predict or control these charges. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please make a note with the courier and contact me immediately with photographs. Together, we can arrange a replacement, repair, or claim through the shipping insurance.
Because each artwork is unique or limited in edition, returns for reasons other than damage cannot be accepted. However, I want each collector to feel confident in their purchase, and I’m always happy to discuss any questions before or after you buy.
